Investment firm Centre Lane Partners said it had acquired Oracle Flexible Packaging (Oracle Packaging), a company that will be combined with Centre Lane’s existing portfolio company, LLFlex
North Carolina-based Oracle Packaging is a flexible packaging company serving the healthcare, food & beverage and consumer products markets. It operates two manufacturing facilities with an employee team numbering 280, according to Healthcare Packaging.
LLFLEX is a manufacturer of high-performance, metals based laminates for packaging and industrial markets including tobacco packaging, wire & cable armament and building & construction facings.
Based in Louisville, Kentucky, it serves customers in North America, Central America, South America and Western Europe.
