Freund Container & Supply, a division of Berlin Packaging has unveiled its new line of legacy canning jars that are nearly identical in appearance and feature the same, classic two-piece vacuum seal lids.
According to Freund Container, the new legacy canning jar line, which combines quality and traditional design, is available in 8oz, 16oz and 32oz sizes and packed 12 per case.
The jars feature a crystal clear glass, invisible mold lines and the embossed details add to the appetite appeal of the food inside. For the easy addition of canning dates, brand labels or ingredient information each jar has two blank sides outside, while ounce and cup measurements are embossed on one jar side.
Freund Container & Supply general manager Chris Hiller said the products will quickly become a staple with canners everywhere.
"These products, three years in the making, will be the perfect complement to any variety of fruit or vegetable," Hiller added.
