China-based Shandong Kelsen Medical Packaging has unveiled a range of packaging sheets made of Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) for various types of industries.
The company based in the Shandong Province is into production of PVC sheets catering to the food, medical and industrial packaging sectors.
Shandong Kelsen Medical Packaging exclusively manufactures the tropical type blister aluminum product which it says is equivalent to the aluminum plastic panel coupled with a moisture barrier bag. The Chinese manufacturing company claims the product to be attractive and engineered to deliver higher efficiency in comparison to the aluminum plastic panel plus moisture barrier bag.
Besides the tropical type blister aluminum product, Shandong Kelsen Medical Packaging manufactures other products for the packaging industry such as Medical PCV sheets, Anti-static PVC, PVC fluorescent slice, Plastic uptake PVC sheets and Cold stamping molding aluminum.
All the products it says are manufactured at the company’s own production facility which spans across 12000m2 and built over an area of 6000m2.
Equipped with nearly 1000m2 of D-grade purification workshop, the facility is said to comply with global standards of packaging requirements of using without washing. The unit also features a 100m2 microbial limit inspection room as well.
Shandong Kelsen Medical Packaging employs over 80 people. It employs over eight as professional technicians and nine as quality management staff.
The Chinese company, which was established in 2015, claims to have 30 precision instrument sets as part of its manufacturing operations. These include infrared spectrometer, gas chromatograph, vapor permeation and oxygen permeation amount determinators.
