Spain-based Maer has introduced the new NTN Trimmer-Combiner mono-block system for trimming, handling and transporting high productions of tandem neck-to-neck manufactured bottles.
The system features continuous production system with no line stops and occupies little space for large production volumes of up to 50,000 bottles per hour.
NTN Trimmer-Combiner handles and processes bottles smoothly throughout the process and is easy to operate and maintain.
According to the company, the system is suitable for working with both continuous blow molding and linear technologies.
The company also supplies the horizontal conveyor for the transport of bottles from the blow molder to the trimmer as a complement to the system.
