Bulgaria-based packaging solutions provider Ideal is set to install the New Rapida 105 in July that it had ordered in March 2012.
In addition to the six-color coater press, hybrid and UV capability and a film-printing package, Rapida 105 also offers QualiTronic inline color control for essential quality monitoring throughout the print run.
The firm claims it is a one-stop packaging vendor whose services span design, printing, coating, hot-foil stamping and finishing.
KBA's sales and service agency Dominov Konsumativ is also located at Plovdiv in Bulgaria, and contributed to the deal,
It is the second contract that Bulgarian firms have concluded for a KBA Rapida in a short while.
Ideal plans to print in-mould films in the future.
