Flexible packaging supplier Printpack has announced the launch of its new High Resolution Gravure (HRG) printing technology.
Developed in partnership with Keatings Gravure, the HRG process has been launched owing to the demand for advanced graphics.
According to the company, the technology can be used for all material structures such as monoweb, duplex and triplex laminates.
The technology offers a speed to market that is equivalent to existing Flexo expectations, when combined with Printpack's Gravure fixed color palette (4SIGHT).
HRG as well as 4SIGHT, both are offered in long, medium and short production runs.
