Packaging Automation Firm QuickPouch Partners with Ginolis

US-based packaging automation firm QuickPouch has partnered with Finnish production automation solutions supplier Ginolis.

The partnership will enable global in vitro diagnostic medical device (IVD) manufacturers to easily integrate their test kit assembly with packaging processes.

The Ginolis lateral flow device assembly (LFDA-3) will offer manufacturers flexible production capacity within a desktop footprint.  The easily adaptable solution and can assemble various test devices with minimal product specific adjustments.

The QuickPouch Vertical is a validatable automated form/fill/seal machine that forms pouches from rollstock. 

A suite of choices include in-line printing or label application for variable data, print and pouch visual inspection with automatic reject, and QuickChange dies that will enable 5 minute pouch size changeovers.

At AACC Clinical Lab Expo in San Diego, California, QuickPouch, a subsidiary of Adaptive Manufacturing Technologies, and Ginolis will jointly demonstrate the integrated LFDA-3 and QuickPouch Vertical in Ginolis booth 4446 on August 1-3, 2017.

Both the firms will again display its products at PackExpo in Las Vegas, Nevada, in QuickPouch booth N-518, on September 25-27, 2017.

Ginolis, founded in 2010, has over 200 employees and offers diagnostic and medical device industries with automation solutions.

Ginolis specializes in automation, liquid handling, micro assembly, quality control, high precision dispensing, lateral flow device assembly, design for automation, and has license for dispensing, micro fabrication and precision robotics.
