RAK Ceramics Announces Its Consecutive Participation at The CERSAIE 2013

RAK Ceramics, the world s largest ceramics manufacturing company, has announced its consecutive participation at the CERSAIE - International Exhibition of Ceramic Tile and Bathroom Furnishings 2013, to be held in Bologna, Italy from September 23 to 27, 2013.

The company will be launching its latest tile collections, bathware and faucets at CERSAIE Fair, the world s largest exhibition for the global ceramic tiles and bathware industry.

Commenting on this year s participation, Mr. Abdallah Massaad, CEO, RAK Ceramics, said: "We continue to use our participation in CERSAIE to leverage our strong international presence to position ourselves as one of the industry leaders in terms of production and innovation by setting new trends in the market. Our participation in the CERSAIE Exhibition in Italy is part of our strategy to further consolidate our market stronghold in key markets across the region."

"We will be using this exhibition to unveil our latest format of tiles which will be the first of its kind in the region using pioneering technology. In addition, we have lined up a very attractive presentation that will feature our latest eco-friendly range of products and designs that have been developed using advanced tile printing technologies. The CERSAIE Exhibition has become a traditional venue to interact with our existing and potential customers from all over the world and provide them with an overview of the unique features of our comprehensive tile portfolio," he added.

RAK Ceramics will be participating with two stands this year - a 400 square meters stand for Tiles that also includes Elegance Ceramics range of boutique tiles collections and another 180 square meters stand to show off the company s extensive Bathware collection along with a separate segment area for Kludi RAK range of luxurious Faucets.

RAK Ceramics will use the CERSAIE 2013 platform to launch new additions to its sophisticated and best-selling Wood Art Collection, a series of novel and contemporary wood finished tiles that stands out for its stylish appearance. The wood textured tiles are part of RAK Ceramics commitment to offer eco-friendly tiles that are an alternative to natural wood with primary focus on conservation of trees.

The following make up the WOOD GRES PORCELLANATO TILES Collection:

Vintage is inspired from gracefully aged wood, with warm tones to decorate interiors. These Gres Porcellanato floor tiles are available in sizes of 14.5 x 120cm and 19.5 x 120 cm.

Sequoia tile has contemporary design, influenced by natural wood finish which best suites floors in lawns and walls in living rooms. It is available in 19.5cmx120cm and 14.5cmx120cm sizes and 3 colours.

Neat planks of fresh pinewood arranged symmetrically give a vivid ambiance to the interiors. Chip Wood is available in sizes of 14.5 cm x 120cm and 19.5 x 120 cm for both walls and floors.

Cargo Wood is inspired by embossments and stamps of wooden cartons in cargo shipments, providing a unique look to the interiors. Available in sizes of 19.5cm x 60cm and 14.5cm x 60cm for both walls and floors.

The Stone Collection Gres Porcellanato tiles range to be exhibited at the event will include the Sheer Stone series that reflects the earthly and sober tones of natural marble giving interiors a warm and soothing ambience. This tile is available in symmetric in 60cmx60cm and 30cmx60cm formats.

Within its Concrete Collection, Cementina Décor tiles will be featured with bold and fading strokes of cement that create a magical graffiti of artistic monuments. The range is available in two unique designs and sizes 60x60cm and 30x30 cm.

The range also includes Vietnam is made with stencils of various geometrical flowers that suit a contemporary design style. Tiles are produced in 60X120cm formats for both wall and floor applications.

RAK Ceramics will also be exhibiting Surface series with sporting concrete texture, is ideal for modern architecture. Available in 11 colours and 3 finishes, Surface series brings urbanism to the interiors. The series comes in 60x60cm and 30x60cm formats.

The Sheen collection is the brand new range of ceramic tiles from RAK Ceramics, also on display at CERSAIE 2013. Manufactured with the latest technology, this unique collection possesses subtle shades of gold and combined with light and delicate designs to give a gleam of gold to your home. The Sheen Collection includes Morisa, Polar and Augusta tiles.

The Metallic tiles collection will include new colours and designs for its sparkling Gres Porcellanto tiles, Sparko which is available in size 45cmx 90cm and Six Sense tile series that is available in sizes 60x60cm and 45cm x 90cm.

The new ceramic Wall Tiles are predominantly inspired by flora that includes:

Autumn tiles (25x70 cm) encompassing soothing shades, floral motifs and inspired by autumn flowers and providing an elegant look to the bath area;

Blossom features array of floral designs arranged sequentially and is available in 20x50cm sizes.

In BATHWARE, RAK Ceramics is developing a new suite with Harmony, which is set to be launched during the exhibition.
