Global packaging machinery manufacturer Paxiom Group has introduced the new Breezy Bagger packaging machine.
The multi-purpose machine, which can operate either automatically or semi-automatically, has been designed and built with a tilting function that allows users to pack, wrap and bag various product types both vertically as well as horizontally.
Breezy Bagger is easy to use and has been designed to pack all types of shaped products into either a laminated or polyethylene material. Its width and length are adjustable with no change parts and no forming shoulder and tube.
According to the company, the length of the bag can vary from two inch long to 36 inches. It includes three choices of logic including one that adjusts to the length of product each and every cycle.
The machine, which can detect the length of product and make the bag according to the length of product, includes many choices to suit the product being wrapped or bagged.
For precise adjustment, the Breezy Bagger uses servo driven technology as well as a user friendly color touch screen HMI. It can be wheeled in and out of a packaging area as needed.
The bagger has the ability to cycle and produce up to 30 packs per minute.
