UK-based polypropylene, laminates and films distributor National Flexible has collaborated with Love Da Pop to supply packaging film for its new range of bagged popcorn.
As the Love Da Pop company was in need of new and distinctive packaging to grow its retail sales, National Flexible's technical team specified a bespoke laminate film structure, which increased the shelf-life of the popcorn and also emphasized the product appeal.
According to the packaging company, appearance and vivacity of the packaging was a key concern as Love Da Pop wanted to differentiate itself in a growing market.
National Flexible distributes products supplied in reel format for use on automated packaging machinery including flow-wrap, VFFS, tray-sealing, thermoform, box wrap and sachet applications.
