CombiRound is said to be natural choice of packaging for La Fermière as it supports the company's strategy for environmentally-friendly and sustainable packaging.
The 100% peelable CombiRound combines the properties of cardboard and plastic, which can be separated making the pot ideal for recycling.
Promens European sales manager Kati Fahrenholtz said CombiRound cuts down the usage of raw material from fossil elements.
"Compared to existing solutions on the market there is a plastic reduction of up to 50%. A new in depth report from an independent consultancy supports our statement "environmentally friendly," Fahrenholtz said.
Available in standard sizes of 75 and 95 in various heights, CombiRound pots can also be made with transparent windows, based on customer requirement.
The outer layer of the carton offers new design opportunities, a large printing area as well as better printing quality.
