US-based packaging services provider Saxco International has acquired packaging solutions provider Synergy Glass & Packaging for an undisclosed sum.
Headquartered in Benicia, California, Synergy Glass & Packaging along with its affiliates has been delivering glass bottles and packaging solutions to the wine and food industries since 2003.
Saxco International chief executive officer Matthew Malenfant said Synergy's customer focused business model has the same culture of high touch service as that of the company.
"While continuing Synergy's tradition of providing quality packaging and service, we look forward to using Saxco's operating scale to add additional value to Synergy's customers," Malenfant added.
Saxco delivers customized solutions to serve its packaging need so its customers and is supported partnerships with North American glass, plastic and closure manufacturers.
