Beverage firm Prik & Tik has selected Petainer’s PET water cooler for its new water cooler product.
The BPA-free PetainerCooler is a fully recyclable, reusable water cooler featuring improved durability and strength.
Prik & Tik sales director Johan Braekers said: "We chose petainerCooler because it is well suited to the retail environment, offering real shelf-appeal, thanks to its high quality appearance.
"It was important that we found a BPA-free water cooler to ensure we are ahead of any potential legislative changes as uncertainty continues around the potential effects of BPA on health.
"PetainerCooler is the answer to this, combined with its durability, strength and compatibility with our filling partner, Evidel."
Compatible with existing filling equipment and washing machines, the cooler is designed to avoid potential health concerns surrounding the chemical.
Additional features of the cooler include shrink-resistant to>40 washing cycles at 63°C/145°F. It can also withstand drop tests from 1.5m in the vertical and horizontal direction.
The transparent and glossy PetainerCooler comes with distinctive blue handle and high scuff resistance.

Filled by Evidel (Ginstberg Brand), the BPA-free cooler will be made available by Prik & Ti at its retail outlets in Belgium on a deposit and return basis.
Capable of being filled in the same way as existing polycarbonate bottles, the Petainer's water cooler can be washed at a lower temperature.
