Brenton, a Pro Mach brand, has increased the capacity of BrentonPro Mach-4 machine that packs both cases and trays in multiple patterns.
The Mach-4 case packer now can also pack smaller six and four pack cases and fragile loads at speeds that are typically reserved for stable products.
BrentonPro Mach-4 is capable of packing up to 75 cases or trays per minute including wrap-around, five-panel, RSC, and harness types. It handles a range of irregular and standard shaped bottles and other containers, as well as loose packs, Hi-Cones and bundles.
The Mach-4 case packer, which can run unattended, features rapid, tool-free changeovers, automatic size adjustments and product simulation.
BrentonPro Mach-4 includes Continuous Motion Pins and a front and rear containment system that offer better control while handling a range of products of various types and sizes.
