Austria-based Greiner Packaging's division Kavo has created a functional and sustainable PET packaging solution for Xcel Milk, which reflects the performance-enhancing properties of the contents.
The new 500ml bottle has been designed by TGL Creative, design consultants and has a simple bottle shape. The bottle comes with an embossed branding, inclined lettering and multi-color printing.
Produced using injection stretch blow molding technology, the bottle available in white and silver colors is made with R-PET to address consumer demands and save resources.
Xcel Milk, which provides athletes with a new post-exercise recovery drink will be distributed in Great Britain. The product will be available from late August 2012.
Greiner Packaging claims that the sustainable packaging solution is the ideal complement to Xcel Milk's strategy.
