US-based data management solutions company MediSwipe has filed for a registered trademark for its new secure medical packaging concept ‘Mello Meal.’
The Mello Meal box packaging concept will be used at medicinal dispensaries and on behalf of patients across the US.
According to the company, Mello Meal box provides a secure packaging concept in which, medicine, edibles and beverages can be ordered by medicinal dispensaries, caregivers and individual patients.
The package can also be secured in a medical takeaway box, which will be sealed with the patient's ID number and strain of medicine.
MediSwipe shall license the brand 'Mello Meal,' supply the packaging and specialized labeling system for caregivers and patients.
With the new concept, caregivers can provide prepackaged meals with properly secured medicine and label the packages for each individual patient that are identified through a custom label and seal.
MediSwipe CEO Michael Friedman said the Mello Meal box provides a secure and discreet way for patients to receive their medication from caregivers.
"I believe once certain states truly decide and are able to fully go recreational, the Mello Meal box can be branded and packed to become the premier brand for edibles and medicine for the sector, providing outstanding margins and meaningful revenue for our company as each box is sold with one of our beverages," Friedman added.
