Food ingredient suppliers ICL Performance Products and BK Giulini,with previously separate sales and marketing groups within ICL PP in North America,have combined to form the new North American food division ICL Food Specialties.
The new division will provide a portfolio of products which offer customers new ingredients and technologies to solve challenging product development opportunities.
ICL Food Specialities global lead Wolfgang Schneider commenting on the new division said that ICL Performance Products will focus and strengthen its activities in the food and beverage industry of North America.
"The alignment of technical expertise follows ICL's Global strategy to be a preferred partner for the food industry,"Schneider added.
ICL Food Specialties offers creative food ingredients and phosphate solutions.ICL Food Specialties is a division of ICL Performance Products(ICL-PP).ICL-PP's production facilities are located in Europe,North and South America,Israel,Australia and China.
