Packaging machinery manufacturer in Italy, Sacmi has unveiled its new rotary stretch blow molding machines for bottle molding.
According to Sacmi, its SBF range of blow molding machines feature six to 24 blow molding stations and represent equipment able to produce more than 64,000 bottles per hour in the standard half-liter format.
The machines provide possibility to install a mold with 1 cavity for a large bottle or with 2 for a small one on each machine of the range and switch between them easily, allowing to process more than 2700 small bottles per hour per station.
Sacmi's machines have also been designed to be integrated upstream of the company's compression preform production system, PAM.
Sacmi has a Closures&Containers Laboratory, which is equipped with the materials testing equipment, calculating instruments and production simulation apparatus and has the capability to produce containers of exclusive design, whether preforms, bottles or closures.
