Plastic closures manufacturer Bericap is set to exhibit a range of packaging solutions at this year’s Interpack event in Düsseldorf, Germany.
At the event, the company will exhibit new packaging solutions such as e-smoCap for e-liquids, as well as closure solutions for canisters, metal packages, pesticides, lubricants, sauces & dressings, edible oil, food and beverages
The company has designed e-smoCap for e-cigarette, which is a childproof closure that provides protection and security for end consumers.
Bericap has developed closures with olded and slit tamper evidence band (TE) to protect refills from being adulterated or tampered. If the closure has been opened, it provides visual evidence in the form of broken bridges.
The company’s special counterfeit protection system helps to print a logo on the side of the closure, including the closure body and the TE band, with the support of laser print.
The security strip breaks and the logo will be destroyed when the closure is opened.
Bericap will also showcase closures for aseptic fill and hot fill applications of beverages. It will present new closures for the carbonated beverage market.
The company will also showcase closures for a new light 29/25 or 26/22 PET neck that can be used in food and beverage applications, including still water.
In addition, the firm will present new 2-piece sports closure, which offers a two-color look with a transparent PP shell and a coloured HDPE pourer section.
