Menasha Packaging Has Introduced Its New Carded Blister Packaging X Card

Menasha Packaging has introduced its new carded blister packaging X Card, which uses a cohesive application system and eliminates the heat and dwell time.

According to the US-based graphic consumer packaging provider, the new blister packaging system helps customers use less energy and cut down costs.

Menasha Packaging business development executive vice president Jerry Hessel said using X Card customers could increase their production speeds, while reducing their total system costs of packaging.

"X Card is a labor-saving solution that will streamline operations and dramatically increase throughput," Hessel added.

Carded blister packaging, which is often used in club stores and to group products together, such as cosmetics or special promotional items, will protect them during transportation and display.

The materials that are used to create the packaging also improve packaging graphics and provide more billboard space to help communicate product features and benefits.

The minimum size requirement of X Card is 10" x 7.5" and typical club pack blister card sizes are 11" x 9" and 13" x 15".
