Fishers Town Council in the US state of Indiana has approved an economic development agreement that will allow Sun King Brewery to build its second craft brewery in the region.
Sun King will develop the brewery on 12.76 acres, which will have provision for future developments.
The new brewery will be an addition to the firm's existing one in Indianapolis. The brewery has been operating since 2009 with a capacity of 28,000 barrels.
The two breweries will offer Sunlight Cream Ale, Osiris Pale Ale and Wee Mac Scottish-style Ale.
Sun King president Omar Robinson said: "Sun King sells more craft beer in Indiana than any other Indiana brewery, and this new brewery will allow us to continue to meet the demand for our beer."
Sun King Brewery plans to invest around $10m to build and equip the proposed 40,000ft2 brewery, tasting room and special-event venue, reported Indianapolis Business Journal.
Fishers expects the new establishment to bring benefits worth about $19.5m to the region.
Indiana Economic Development Corporation president Eric Doden said: "We are excited that once again Sun King Brewery has chosen Indiana as a fixture in its long-term business plans.
"We have worked hard to create an environment that promotes growth and creates more opportunities for Hoosiers, and we look forward to continuing to watch them expand here in the future."
