In March, the French pallet producer Palettes Gestion Services (Groupe PGS) took over all shares in the French pallet producers F. Arnaud and Palsud, from the Arnaud Group. The two companies together generate annual turnover of roughly €30m. No details of production volume and purchase price were released. Following disinvestment of its two production sites, the Arnaud Group will in future focus on its remaining business divisions which are engaged in the leasing of metal packaging and the transport of plastics.
