Pressure-sensitive labeling equipment manufacturer Labeling Systems (LSI) has unveiled the new Series 25 Label Printer Applicator.
The applicator features Allen Bradley PLC controls with a four-inch color touchscreen HMI and all operator screens.
Features of the Series 25 include various applicator options that can make it able to handle any labeling job.
According to the company, the printer applicator has been designed to comply with packaging machine language (PackML).
PackML offers consistency in the user interface, programming, as well as operation between various packaging machines that are used in packaging lines.
According to the company, the PackML design reduces installation and training time on new equipment. It is also said to simplify communication between various machines that make up a packaging line.
