Kaps Engineers are Pioneer in the field of pre-crushing to mikro fine grinding, grading and handling of bulk powder materials with almost dust free operation. Manufacturers of Size Reduction Equipment, Pulverizer, Hammer Crusher and many more specialized types of grinding and crushing equipment. Below they explain how pulverizing machine works. Pulverizing System consists of: Feeders / Feed Conveyors (for Feeding to Mill). Size Reduction Equipment (for Grinding). Collection System (Batch Collection System / Continuous Collection System). Conveying System (Pneumatic Conveying System / Gravity Collection System). Dust Collector (Open Type Dust Collector / Pulse Jet Dust Collector). Rotary Air Lock Valve. For Small Capacity from 25 kgs/hr to 200 kgs/hr, Batch Collection System will be suitable. For Larger Capacity of more than 200 kgs/hr, Continuous Collection System will be suitable. These are further classified as: Single Stage Grinding Two Stage Grinding Three Stage Grinding Number of stages of grinding depends on Application Material and its Properties. Single Stage Grinding available in Batch Conveying and Continuous Conveying Setup. Batch System: In this system the equipment will be of Batch Type Stand Alone Equipment where feeding will be from Top and Collection will be at Bottom. Both feeding and collection will have to be done manually independently. When the drum is filled up, equipment will have to stop, replace the drum by another empty drum and then equipment to re-start and so on. That is why this system is known as Batch Collection System. Continuous System: In this system Feeding and Powder Collection are done on Continuous basis Uninterruptedly. Two types of Conveying Systems available - Pneumatic Conveying System & Gravity Collection System Feed Conveyors like Belt Conveyor, Screw Conveyor and Spiral Conveyor are available for Uniform & Consistent feeding to Mill. For dust less operation, Open Type Dust Collector & Pulse Jet Dust Collector are available. On line Sieving is possible in such Setup. Cool Grinding is possible in such Setup. First Stage is required for Coarse Grinding and Second Stage is required for Fine Grinding. Â Both First Stage and Second Stage are connected to each other with Pneumatic Conveying System. Three Stage Grinding In Three Stage Grinding the First Stage, Second Stage and Third Stage equipments are connected to each other with Pneumatic Conveying System. System consists of First Stage for Coarse Grinding, Second Stage for Fine Grinding and Third Stage for More Fine Grinding compared to second stage. System works Continuously and Uninterruptedly. System is with Pneumatic Conveying. Feed Conveyors like Belt Conveyor, Screw Conveyor and Spiral Conveyor are available for Uniform & Consistent feeding to Mill.
