The new 423,000ft2 plant will bring Anchor's total number of facilities to eight, bizjournals.com reported.
With this, the company now has a manufacturing and warehousing space with a combined total of more than two million square feet.
The parties have not disclosed the transaction value.
Hermann-owned Anchor Packaging manufactures products such as take-out packaging, which is used for prepared ready-to-heat meals merchandising in supermarkets.
