US-based manufacturer of tags, labels and flexible packaging Sev-Rend has announced the addition of two distribution centers and the expansion of its sales staff besides installing a new printing press.
The new distribution centers are located in Bakersfield, California and Vidalia, Georgia, thepacker.com reported.
Sev-Rend sales and marketing vice president Harrison Chien said the company invested in an eight-color central impression press recently with which it can print up to 52-inch-wide film for wraps on mesh bags as well as flexible packaging.
The company also has shifted its Sof Net knitted, tubular netted bags production from Europe to the US.
