Australia-based environmental packaging and recycling solutions provider Closed Loop will implement IFS Applications component-based ERP suite, from Sweden-based enterprise applications company IFS to support its business growth.
The implementation is scheduled for completion before the end of the financial year and it is the easy-to-use ERP suite with reporting capabilities that could be implemented without customization.
IFS Applications will allow Closed Loop to purchase the components it currently needs and can scale to accommodate rapid growth. Reports and transactions which have previously been processed manually will be automated, resulting in cost savings.
With the implementation of IFS Applications, Closed Loop hopes to see a broad range of business improvements including better cost management; improved product management and increased customer service levels.
Closed Loop is implementing the supply chain, financials, assets and contact management components in the first phase, and will implement other modules post implementation.
