Kodak said it will showcase its flexo, inkjet and software technologies and solutions for label and packaging printing at Labelexpo Europe 2017.
The company is also opening Kodak Flexo HUB in Brussels, a new flexo packaging technology center, which will collaborate with printers, pre-press providers, brand owners and equipment suppliers.
Kodak’s partnership with customers, OEMs, brands, and industry associations, will enable the customers to view the demonstrations of KODAK FLEXCEL NX System, attend technical training, and have FLEXCEL NX Plates made for printing trials.
Kodak previously inaugurated a technology center in Shanghai, China, and invested over $15m in manufacturing line for KODAK FLEXCEL NX Plates, Weatherford, Oklahoma.
The new Kodak Flexo HUB, to be showcased at booth 4D65, hall 4, will feature the technology of digital flexo plates supplier, KODAK FLEXCEL NX System.
The new hub includes NX Advantage Technology, that will enhance ink transfer efficiency in wide range of flexo printing applications through its advanced plate surface patterning potential.
Kodak will also invest in KODAK ULTRASTREAM Inkjet Technology to secure projects for packaging and labels.
The KODAK PRINERGY cloud platform, analytics-enabled platform, provides improved packaging capabilities, increased automation and high quality output, which will meet the demands of the customers.
The platform also reduces cost and risk while driving business growth by providing printers new industry-first solutions.
