The purchase expands the firm’s packaging platform to six separate operating companies.
Using Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) technology, its machines use heat to convert plastic film into custom-formed cups that are filled then sealed within integrated, cost-effective lines.
Arcil employs around 350 people at its two Paris operations, with $120m (£73m) in revenue this year.
