PAC Machinery Develops Packaging Product Showroom and Demo Lab at Milwaukee Facility

PAC Machinery has completed its new product showroom and demonstration lab at the facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Housed in PAC’s Converting Technology facility, the new demo site is strategically located for convenient access to a comprehensive collection of flexible packaging products.

PAC Machinery national sales manager Matt Cmeyla said: “Though continuing to utilize our existing demo facilities in Ohio and California, we decided our new Wisconsin location would be the best choice for our principal showroom.

“The size of the facility and its proximity to our customers made the decision an easy one. Add to this, we have made the Milwaukee location available to our Regional Sales Managers. Now these managers can both conduct demos with and for their customers and learn about new packaging products as they are developed and become available.”

LiveDemo, is a web-based, real time, interactive collaboration tool for product demonstrations and a variety of other customer service applications.

PAC Machinery sales and marketing vice president Greg Berguig said: “The ability to demonstrate packaging equipment in real time, using the customer’s product, represents a turning point in the flexible packaging industry.”

LiveDemo capability is available at PAC Machinery headquarters in California, at the Clamco facility in Ohio, and now at the recently completed Converting Technology facility in Wisconsin.

“Our goal is to offer a means by which customers can view their product running on our equipment with the ability to discuss the process, ask questions and make adjustments in real time – from anywhere in the world,” adds Berguig.

Customers require nothing more than a computer, laptop or smartphone with an internet connection to enjoy the benefits of LiveDemo.
