Tresu Group is set to showcase its advanced packaging and printing solutions at this year’s PRINT event in the US.
The event will take place from 10 to 14 September in Chicago.
At the event, the company will exhibit ancillary solutions for automating ink logistics and temperature control in flexo and offset printing situations, as well as complete coating systems for integration with sheet-fed digital packaging and commercial printing lines.
The firm’s ancillary product solutions, which offer speeds up to 600m/min, include ink supply systems and systems for narrow, mid and wide-web flexo applications.
Its ancillary solutions also comprised of process temperature control systems and dampening water circulators for sheet-fed and web offset presses, infrared and hot air drying systems, and coating/ink circulation systems for water-base, UV and solvent applications.
The F10 iCon ink supply system has been developed to regulate ink flow, pressure and viscosity from the bucket to the press through the chamber, helping to maintain constant and pre-set ink density values for complete production runs.
Tresu chamber products comprised of lightweight, corrosion-resistant carbon fiber and ceramic variants that can support all flexo printing situations, including widths ranging from 185mm to beyond 6000mm.
Its hybrid Flexo Innovator printing line can be used in applications such as paper, carton board, laminates, metallic substrates unsupported films with both water-based ink and UV OPV coating media.
Tresu coating systems incorporate with sheet-fed digital presses to apply added-value coatings and metallic embellishments to folding carton, papers and synthetic materials.
They can be used in various applications, including pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food and beverage, promotional gifts, consumer electronics packaging and commercial printing.
Tresu’s iCoat single and dual coaters can be used for HP Indigo 30000, HP Indigo 12000 and HP Indigo 10000 presses, while Tresu Pinta is for Xerox iGen presses.
In addition, the firm will exhibit multiple other products solutions to help customers to improve their productions and operations.
