Italy-based Marchesini Group will be present at Emballage 2012, the international packaging trade show from 19-22 November at Paris.
The Group will present a bottlepack line (for pharmaceutical and cosmetic products) at the exhibition, made up of the cartoner 'MA155' with robotic infeed (Robocombi), the Labeller 'BL400VTT' with 'track and trace' solution and the case packer 'Bestpocket'.
MA155 with Robocombi is a horizontal continuous motion cartoner, made with balcony design and devised with three basic concepts: versatility, ergonomics and utmost efficiency in a small footprint. It is the perfect solution for packaging both pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.
Labeller BL400VTT 'Track and trace' is an ergonomic balcony-design machine which enables the application of track and trace codes for pharmaceutical products and also labels.
Case packer Bestpocket (a joint venture of Marchesini and Prb) offers many features: small footprint, construction simplicity, full accessibility to the product and all the mechanical units, simple size changeover, easy cleaning, good view of the production process and innovative pick-up and erection system of the case, which makes case packing quick, straightforward and effective.
