KOR Water has launched a new filtering water bottle Nava, which serves as an alternative to bottled water.
Nava contains its own replaceable filter that lasts three months under normal use. The filter is made from coconut shells, which are recognized as the effective material for carbon filtration.
The mouthpiece of the bottle is the result of over a dozen prototypes. The bottle features a flip top push-button cap and has its own online filter subscription service.
KOR co-founder and CEO Eric Barnes said too many people continue to rely on bottled water as their main source of hydration.
"Our goal was to create a bottle so insanely great that people would take it everywhere. With Nava, we think we have achieved our goal," Barnes said.
