All Natural Freshness, a US-based provider of high pressure processing (HPP) solutions, has developed large and durable high pressure baskets for food manufacturers.
According to the company, its High Pressure Baskets offer largest diameter and the most durable material and design.
The ANF Basket, which has a design with limited to no recessed features, maintains a large volume. Due to the durable materials and design, the basket maintains form stability and will not suffer distortion. The ANF Basket remains durable and damage resistant while being subjected to the rigors of HPP production in the cold supply chain, the company said.
In addition, the company noted that its barrier-free, removable end-cap can reduce loading by up to 33% and unloading by up to 50% and give HPP manufacturing throughput a huge boost.
