India-based Positive Packaging has acquired the label manufacturing business of SGRE Labels, in an attempt to offer single stop packaging solutions to its customers.
The acquisition, which is part of Positive's vision to have the 'Preferred Supplier' status with its customers, follows the recent integration of ICM Packaging.
According to Positive Packaging, the acquisition also provides the company with new label packaging equipment and infrastructure.
SGRE's label manufacturing business is located at Bengaluru in India. The company has European machines and plans to install additional equipment in March 2013.
The parties have not disclosed the acquisition value.
