German packaging materials producer for automotive companies Lindoerfer + Steiner has announced plans to set up its new custom packaging facility in Spartanburg County with an investment of $400,000.
Lindoerfer + Steiner will set up its packaging facility and US headquarters and manufacturing operation, with associated national sales and distribution operations in Spartanburg.
The company produces reusable packaging materials for automotive parts for various clients, including Porsche, BMW, Daimler and Volkswagen.
Lindoerfer + Steiner director and owner Peter Steiner said, "Our location in South Carolina not only provides us with a great business environment, but gives us close proximity to our customers."
