It's reported that Feng Hsin, one of the major steel long product makers in Taiwan announced to remain its prices for rebar and scrap unchanged for this week. After the price announcement, the company's list prices for rebar are at NT$17,700/ton; those for scrap are at NT$10,900~NT$11,600/ton. However, the company cut its section steel price by NT$500/ton to NT$19,600~NT$19,800/ton. Feng Hsin expected that the price cut could increase the orders from its customer.
