Pinnacol Assurance has awarded its 2012 Circle of Safety award to Denver-based Metropolitan Glass. The company is one of only 50 recipients to receive this award out of 55,000 of Pinnacol Assurance’s policy holders. Also, Metropolitan Glass is the only glass company to meet the Circle of Safety criteria since its inception in 2008.
“It’s an honor to accept this award on behalf of our hard-working field personnel. As a company, we continue to be committed to our safety program,” says Michael Smith, president of Metropolitan Glass.
The Circle of Safety award was created by Pinnacol Assurance in 2008 to recognize policyholders for their exceptional risk management, which includes safety, loss prevention, financial management and claims management, according to the announcement.
