It’s reported that AK Steel has announced to hike base prices for its specialty stainless steel products since next January shipment. This will curtail the original product discount by 2%. The company indicates the prices up will include its specialty stainless steel products such as all martensitic, precipitation-hardening, tensile-rolled, duplex, bright-annealed and custom-melt.
