Terra Group has begun construction on GLASS, a luxury condominium tower of only 10 full-floor residences on Miami Beach.
The 18-story project, at 120 Ocean Drive, is designed by Miami architect Rene Gonzalez.
Seven of the 10 homes, including the triplex penthouse, have already been sold. The remaining three residences are approximately 3,400 square feet, with pricing starting at $8 million. Occupancy is slated for the first quarter of 2015, said David Martin, president and COO of Terra Group, in a statement.
