Hacksaw Blade is used with fine tooth hand saw usually molded with as a metal arch handle, usually a Pistol grip, with screws for attaching a narrow disposable blade with it. Blade can be mounted on it with teeth facing towards or away from handle. Mostly hacksaw blade is used for cutting metals such as metal or plastics.
Hand-held hacksaws that cuts in pushing action, will result in increased tendency of blade to buckle and crack. While hack saw blade that cuts in pulling action will result in greater blade tension but higher controllability and longer blade life.

Low alloy steel all hard blades are made with carbon steel. Mostly it is used to cut materials like aluminum, copper, brass, steel and so on. These are available in 6 inches, 10 inches and 12 inches size.
4.Vari tooth hacksaw blades
Vari tooth hacksaw have two blades in one and other benefits like less cutting cost. Large variety of applications, faster cutting, longer life, no lost in changing various TPI blades, reduced inventory of different TPI blade. Available sizes are 20 inches and 24 inches.
5.Power Hacksaw Blades
These are specially hardened and precise. It can be also produced specially for Kasto machines. They are designed to serve the highest requirements for power sawing bars, tubes, sections, etc.
6. Bimetal HSS
Bi metal high speed steel blade is made combining two different materials, body made with tough tool steel and tooth line with high alloy high speed steel. Due to this combination it has maximum wearing strength and cutting capability. And for the same, it is better than ordinary high speed steel blades. It can be specially produced for Kasto machines.
