On the evening of October 25, Made-in-China.com held the third Private Sourcing Event during the Canton Fair in the Shangri-La Hotel near to the Canton Fair Exhibition Hall. This event covered many industries, such as Light Industry & Daily Use, Toys, Arts & Crafts, Home Textile, etc. and attracted dozens of Made-in-China com's member suppliers and global buyers from Jordan, India, Iran, Australia, and Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Xiao, vice manager of Boluo Yuanzhou Meiqi Latex Products Co., Ltd. which is the golden Audited Supplier member of Made-in-China.com, was the first time to attend Made-in-China.com's private sourcing event. Initially, Mr. Xiao was not sure whether he could find the genuine buyer, but after the real discussion during the event, he earned a lot. He had a pleasant talk with a buyer from Iran, and the silica gel gifts which his company could offer also satisfied the buyer.
Ms. Rebecca from the Jinxintong Decoration Company also earned from the event, she had a great discussion with Mr. Halim Yaghi from Jordan. However, they also need further communication about the price. Mr. Halim Yaghi is a so-called China hand who has his own office in Guangzhou. Besides, he deals in many kinds of products and he has a website including many suitable Chinese suppliers and then he promotes these suppliers to the Arab countries.
Mr. Halim Yaghi was very active during the event. He treated every supplier seriously and actively, he wished to bring new business opportunities. The suppliers were also happy to talk with Mr. Halim Yaghi who said that the sourcing event was fully satisfied the needs of the suppliers and buyers and it could promote the cooperation between the two sides. Mr. Faten Manna who also came from Jordan was a great talker. He talked around many topics with Made-in-China.com staff after the business discussion with the supplier. He said that he came to China 10 year ago, but he stayed in China from 2007. China has many good quality products, but fate commodities are also existed, so it is not easy to find the suitable supplier. He suggested that Chinese government should make a classification of products, such as put the best quality products into Class A, good quality ones into Class B, and so forth. This would help the oversea buyers to purchase according to their own needs.
Mr. Faten Manna gave many suggestions to Made-in-China.com. He said the 13 countries in Arabic system do not understand English, so if Made-in-China.com could have the Arabic version, he could recommend it to his friends which could help them use Made-in-China.com to get more successful businesses easily and conveniently. Mr. Halim Yaghi and Mr. Faten Manna who were both from Jordan met coincidentally during Made-in-China.com sourcing event which made them so amazing and happy. At the beginning, they talked in English, then Faten Manna spoke the Jordan local language unintentionally, Halim Yaghi was surprised, at that time they realized that they are both from Jordan, so they began to talk in their local language happily. They called this unexpected meeting "beautiful date in China".
Mr. Craig Hary from Australia need to purchase a special product which is an insulated material. Before, Mr. Dean Xia who is from buyer service department of Made-in-China.com helped this buyer source the suitable supplier through Made-in-China.com, Mr. Craig Hary had an appointment with that supplier to meet during the Canton Fair Phase 2. This time, Mr. Dean Xia invited Mr. Craig Hary to join the sourcing event, and hope to help him find more suitable suppliers. Although Mr. Craig Hary did not find the insulated material supplier during the event, he also had pleasant talks with other suppliers. Mr. Craig Hary decided to expand his operation area and develop new businesses. Mr. Kiran Madhyan who was from India came to the event very early and hoped to find the desired suppliers as soon as possible.
As he had to leave earlier, Made-in-China.com staff gave him the list in which showed the suppliers he should have had time to talk with in order to help them to contact in future. This sourcing event used the traditional form of individual communication, which could make the buyer and suppliers' needs be exactly met. Both the Chinese suppliers and oversea buyers showed that they could find the good quality and suitable cooperator during the event. As the product area of this event was around the exhibited products of Canton Fair Phase 2, Chinese and oversea clients could come for attending the event after visited the exhibition, which is a win-win situation. Besides, the buyers were mainly the genuine and professional members of Made-in-China.com, so the matching effect was perfect. The on-site buyers and suppliers showed their positive attitude, and hoped they could attend the sourcing event next time. They gave many suggestions to Ms. Feng Juan who is the director of Buyer Service Department, and they also hoped the sourcing event could be better. Mr. Faten Manna from Jordan expressed their love to China. He said that he bought many Chinese national flags to celebrate China's 60 years old birthday, meanwhile, he showed his best wished and blessing to Made-in-China.com. Ms. Feng Juan said if the events could accelerate the Chinese suppliers' oversea promotion and bring more business opportunities to global clients, they would hold more sourcing events in the future and would be better and better.
