RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif. — Rocco Ingemi, a longtime key executive at Kathy Ireland Worldwide, has been promoted to executive vice president of retail and brand management for the company.

Ingemi will report to Kathy Ireland, CEO of the design and marketing company.
"Rocco and KIWW President and COO Stephen Roseberry are an incredible team," Ireland said. "It is a privilege to have these two executives beside me as we lead our company in future directions. They will report to me jointly."

In another move, the company said Roseberry has joined its board of directors.
According to the company, License Global Magazine's latest annual poll has rated KIWW the 28th most powerful brand on the planet and the highest rated brand of a single design entrepreneur.
