Mercedes Benz has announced the availability of Mercedes-Benz Vito 4x4 which is designed to provide extra traction in icy and snowy and on rough roads.
According to the German auto maker, the new Vito is the only mid-size van that offers front-wheel drive, rear-wheel drive all-wheel drive.
The vehicle is powered by BlueTEC four-cylinder engine capable of producing 190 hp from 2.15l displacement along with torque of 440 Nm and is capable of reaching top speed of top speed of 199 km/h.
The engine power is transferred by 7G-TRONIC PLUS automatic transmission with torque converter.
Based on Vito, the driving technology includes rear-wheel drive, automatic transmission with torque converter and electronically controlled brake force distribution.
The car is also equipped with new ATTENTION ASSIST and Crosswind Assist safety systems.
The company has announced that the vehicle will be available as a panel van in Germany, and the 140 kW variant dubbed Vito 119 BlueTEC 4x4 will be available for €36,120.
