It's reported that Russia-based steel pipe producer TMK said that its subsidiary TMK-INOX has acquired Moscow-based electric-welded stainless steel pipe production complex Arina. After the transaction, TMK-INOX will become the largest manufacturer of welded stainless steel pipes in the domestic market. Meanwhile, TMK-INOX will be capable of producing 8,000 tons of stainless steel pipes with diameters of 8mm-114mm per year after acquiring Arina. The product will be mainly supplied for the automotive, food, energy and construction industries.
