Total supply of land for state-owned construction reached 123,000 hectares in China in the first quarter of 2013, growing 7.6% over a year earlier, according to the Ministry of Land and Resources.
Supply of land for mining warehouses, real estate, land and infrastructure reached 43,400 hectares, 37,600 hectares and 42,000 hectares, growing 21.5% and 39.4% and falling 18.7% over a year earlier and making up 35.2%, 30.6% and 34.2% of the total supply.
