According to data released by China's customs, China's exports of wire rods totaled 600,498 tons in July, falling by 13.6% from a month ago but soaring by 53.4% year on year. In July, Korea, Thailand and Malaysia were the three largest importers of the Chinese wire rods. In the first seven months of this year, the country's wire rod exports amounted to 4.49 million tons, soaring significantly by 60.6% year on year.
