According to data released by the Brazilian foreign trade ministry (Mdic), the country's imports of seamless steel tubes totaled 7,974 tons in September, slumping by 39% from a month ago. China was the largest exporter of seamless steel tubes to Brazil with 5,574 tons, rising slightly from 5,323 tons in August. In September, the country's imports of welded steel tubes totaled 7,744 tons, up slightly from 7,630 tons in a month ago.
