Japan's Coil Stocks fell by 2.6% from the figures at the end of June

According to data made by Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corp (NSSMC), the stocks of hot rolled, cold rolled and coated steel coils hold by the Japanese steel producers, coil centers and distributors totaled 3.76 million tons at the end of July, falling by 2.6% from the figures at the end of June. In July, the stocks hold by the steel producers totaled 1.68 million tons, falling by 4.4%; those owned by distributors were at 744,000 tons, down by 3.3% and those hold by the coil centers were at 1.33 million tons, up by 0.2%.
