It’s reported the shipments registered by the Brazilian independent flat steel distributors and service centers totaled 409,600 tons in September, decreasing by 3.4% from a month ago but rising by 15% year on year, according to flats distributor association (Inda). In the first nine months of this year, the shipments amounted to 3.365 million tons, rising by 3.3% year on year.
